| Phlebotomist Manager |
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Phlebotomy department. Monitors the quality of services provided, ensuring clients' service requirements are met. Contributes to the successful operation of the department by establishing priorities, removing obstacles, resolving problems, managing performance metrics, and identifying and recommending process improvements. Manages resources to meet budget goals. Directly supervises, mentors, develops, and evaluates the Phlebotomy Supervisors.
